Over the years, I have worked as subcontractor on a few occasions for Brown’s, so the transition to a full time position felt great. I believe in this company and I know with this team, we’re only going up. I love the work I do—in essence I make sure my colleagues have what they need to run their departments and succeed, while always looking for ways to excel in the how’s of business—does it work and can we do it better and more efficient.
