Yolanda joined the team here at Browns during the Spring of 2020. When you call in, chances are you will hear Yolanda’s voice on the other end. Yolanda keeps our techs moving along in their day and books many of our client’s appointments. She comes to Brown’s with years of experience in dispatching & customer service and we are pleased to have her on board. She has wonderful energy and gives every request her personal and caring attention. If you have spoken to her, you already know this! Outside of Brown’s, she is very outdoorsy. She loves trails and hiking with her fur baby, Titi!
