Brown’s Employees Act Locally with Fundraiser to Benefit “Team Logan”

Team LoganEmployees at Brown’s recently participated in a local community event, “Prayers for Logan – Team Logan” fundraiser to “Help Logan Kick Cancer’s Butt.” Team Logan was created to seek support from friends and family for Michelle Work’s 17 year old son, Logan. Logan was recently diagnosed with Pre-B Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.

Team Logan

“Michelle Work has worked for Brown’s for 19 years- her family is our family. We were there for her wedding to her husband Ken and now we’ve known Logan and her youngest son, Parker, since they were born,” said Doug Brown. “We’ve all grown up together. This fight is our fight and has touched so many of us who’ve known them for all those years.”

For more information about Logan and how you can help, please visit the Prayers for Logan – Team Logan Facebook Community Page and donate on their gofundme page: Help Logan Kick Cancers Butt

Brown’s Gives Back

In addition to Prayers for Logan, Brown’s is also a proud supporter of Sylvia’s Children charity. Giving back to the community and providing support to major charities, with both monetary contributions and gifts of our time and support, help us make the Brown’s “giving back” value come alive each and every day. Our staff has been deeply committed to supporting our community through charitable donations, volunteering efforts and just doing what’s right.
